Emerald Brigade Band Camp 2010

Aug. 16 - 20, 23

Approximate Block Times:

9:00 am - 11:30 am: Mornign Sectionals
11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Lunch Break
12:30 pm - 4:30 pm: Marching Block
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm: Dinner Break
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm: Evening Ensemble

It's getting closer...

Band camp is right around the corner...

Band Camp will be held at Poway High School for all Emerald Brigade and Color Guard students. Emphasis for the week will include learning the first part of the marching show including music, drill, choreography, body moves, marching fundamentals and techniques.

Meet in the band room. Bring your instrument and all supplies, lunch and snacks, lots of water, sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes to march in (no flip-flops) and a hat. Students learn and practice the upcoming season's field show and make lots of friends! Note that there are lunch and dinner breaks. Please do not schedule doctor appointments and such during this week.

End of Band Camp Concert
Monday, Aug. 23, 6pm
Parents and friends please join us in the quad by the band room as we celebrate the end of band camp and the start of a new marching band season. The Emerald Brigade will perform the music from this years field show. You will also have an opportunity to meet the band directors, Booster volunteers and student leadership.
