Orchestra, Color Guard
and Band students: Bring your completed forms A thru F (Form E not required) and fees to either of the July
26th OR August 9th Registration dates anytime between 8:30
am and 4:30 pm OR mail them to Mark Ward, 12648 Stoutwood Street, Poway, CA
92064 with appropriate fees enclosed. All
forms and fees must be completed and submitted no later than Friday, August 22.
