Registration and Uniform Fittings


Welcome to the 2009-2010 Poway High School Instrumental Music Program.

Registration and uniform fittings will be held on Sat. July 25 or Sat. Aug. 8 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Poway High School Band Room N1.

  • Marching band students now make appointments online for registration and uniform fitting (this avoids long lines!). Click here to make an appointment.

  • Please be sure to bring all completed forms A-F and fees to your appointment. See Form E for necessary items to wear to the fitting and for other items that need to be purchased such as band jacket and band shoes. If you have any questions, need assistance with making the appointment, or absolutely cannot make either of the registration dates, please feel free to contact one of our uniform co-chairs:

  • Color Guard, Orchestra and (non-marching) band students can come anytime on either registration day OR mail completed Forms A-F (excluding form E) and fees to Mark Cooper Booster VP, 17118 Cliquot Ct. Poway, CA 92064.

    Volunteers are the Foundation of the Music Program
    Upon registering in the music program you are a Booster parent and part of the Music Booster (PHSMB) organization. We have a wide variety of volunteer and fundraising opportunities for students and parents. Sign-up sheets will be at Registration for the many volunteer positions such as chaperoning at performances, inspecting uniforms, hair and shako (band hat) and washing uniforms. Your involvement to help support all of our students is highly encouraged!

    There will also be sign-ups to help with various fundraising activities for you to take advantage of to help offset costs of the music program. All parents are encouraged to come to the monthly meetings to stay informed about music performances and other events.
